MEGAN PORTER
Owner - Cosmetologist
Megan graduated from Calhoun in 2011. She opened A Beautiful Escape in 2014. Megan's favorite services are hair color, pedicures and facials. Her certifications include Pure Brazillian Keratin, Fixe lash extensions, Meticulous Manicurist Manis & Pedis, Customized peels with Dermalogica, LaLa Chihaia hairstyles and updos, and barbicide sanitation and safety. Outside of the salon she enjoys being outdoors hiking and camping and spending time with her 5 fur babies and husband. Megan's services include skincare, waxing, airbrush tanning, formal hair & makeup, manicures & pedicures, lash extensions & henna brows, haircoloring & cutting and chemical texture services.
JESSICA PEEBLES
Cosmetologist
Jessica has been a stylist at A Beautiful Escape since 2015 She graduated from Calhoun cosmetology in 2015. Her favorite services are perms and pedicures. Jessica's certifications include Pure Brazillian keratin, Brazillian waxing, and hairlocs extensions. Outside of the salon Jessica does house calls for elderly and disabled and is a travel agent. Jessica is a super laid back, genuine person with a goofy sense of humor and we love it! This picture is the embodiment of Jessica's personality! BRIELLE OWENS

Brielle has been at A Beautiful Escape since 2015. She graduated from the salon professional academy in 2011. Brielle's favorite services are lived in color and makeup. She specializes in balayage/foilayage and color. Brielle's certifications include advanced color techniques and Henna Brows. Outside of the salon Brielle enjoys target runs, coffee and spending time with her husband and kids. Brielle's services include skincare, makeup, waxing, manicures & pedicures, haircoloring & cutting and henna brows.
KELLY MCGREGOR
Cosmetologist
Kelly has been at A Beautiful Escape since 2022. Her favorite services are pedicures and haircolor. Kelly's certifications include barabacide sanitation and safety, pravanna color, pure brazillian keratin treatment, Milady how to achieve the perfect blonde, Milady hairstyling and updos. When Kelly isn't at the salon she enjoys traveling and shopping. MADDIE BLACK
2nd year apprentice cosmetologist
Maddie has been an apprentice at A Beautiful Escape since 2023. She is fulfilling her hours to take her licensing test. She would like to specialize in extensions and blonding. Maddie is the daughter of one of our fellow stylists Johnna. Outside of the salon Maddie enjoys playing and teaching softball, reading and coffee. Maddie is great with people and easy to talk to! Maddies service's include manicures & pedicures, facial waxing, skincare, haircoloring and cutting.
DANIELLE CORSON
Massage Therapist
Danielle graduated in 2014 and has been in massage for 9 1/2 years. She has been at A Beautiful Escape since 2019. She is certified in Massage Therapy, Reflexology, business and ethics, aromatherapy, among some others. Danielle is a loyal empath and that shows through her massages. Her favorite massage services are deep tissue and reflexology. She loves being able to help her clients and "loves, LOVES being apart of the Beautiful Escape spa family because this group of women work together as a family and team and truly love each other!"
ANNA CAMPBELL
Cosmetologist
Anna has been a stylist at A Beautiful Escape since 2020. Anna graduated from wallace state in 2022. Her favorite services are manicures and hair coloring. When Anna isn't at the salon she enjoys spending time with her cat and 3 dogs. Anna is recently engaged! What she loves about her career is she gets to be herself at work and she loves people! Anna's certifications include Maria Rose extension design and application, Microdermabrasion, Airbrush makeup, and Pure Brazillian Keratin. Anna's services include formal hair & makeup, manicures & pedicures, haircoloring & cutting, chemical texture services and facial waxing.
JOHNNA LONG
Cosmetologist
Johnna has been a stylist at A beautiful Escape since 2019. she has been in the industry for 19 years, she graduated from Calhoun. Her favorite hair service is blonding. Johnna's daughter Maddie is one of our student stylists, you may see her shadowing if you are in Johnna's chair! When johnna isn't in the salon she enjoys motorcycle and jeep rides, hiking and being outdoors. Johnna's services include haircutting & coloring, chemical texture services and facial waxing.
Janice Dearman
Receptionist
Janice has been with A Beautiful Escape from day one. She is the owners mother and owns the salons boutique. Janice has been working as our receptionist since 2024. You will find her greeting clients at the front desk, making appointments and helping around the salon. Outside of work Janice enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and pets.
